In your best interest, we highly recommend at this point you don't continue to apply online to other companies for 2 reasons. First, every time you apply online, your personal credit is pulled which will have a significant detrimental effect on your credit score and report. Second, we not only offer loans directly, we also have partnered with all of the lenders available. If we can't get you a loan, no one can!

Within the next 24 hours one of our specialists will call to discuss your needs and explain thoroughly the next steps in the process and answer questions you may have. In order to submit your request to a lender for approval, please follow the steps below.

NEXT STEPS:

1. Download and fill out our completed 1-page application HERE
2. Once the application is completed, print it off, sign and either email back to app@peartreefinancial.ca or fax to 1-289-975-5121
3. Along with the completed application, also send in the past 6 most recent completed months of bank statements. Or alternatively, simply use the secure (128-bit encrypted) file upload section to the right. Download your statements from your online banking, save to your computer then using the "Select files" button, upload them to the site. Once they are added, click submit.
4. If you accept debit/credit cards as a form of payment, send along the last 6 most recent months of your processing statements.
5. Please check your email inbox for our welcome email from info@peartreemail.com outlining the program. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. We also recommend you add info@peartreemail.com to your email white-list.

Once we receive the completed application and documents, we can get a pre-approval offer usually the same day. Then, we will contact you again and present the offer (s) and discuss for your approval. We have also sent an email to the email address on file providing some of this information.
